Q.

Hi Doc, my 11weeks baby is not allowing me to feed in cradle or cross cradle positions..when Im trying to feed him in side lying position sometimes milk passing through nose..please advice me

A. Dear Mamma, have you tried laid back or foothold? Do you have over active let down? if so one of those positions will be better it try hand expressing a bit and then latching on baby directly

A. Hello once baby's habituat to lying position they won't accept cradle position . If you wanna continue side lying position then keep your fore finger and middle finger around the nipple oppositely by keeping like this milk flows adequately and avoids overflow and going into baby's nose .
