#AskTheExpert dear mam , I have fast let down ...my daughter always gags and chokes when I feed her sitting in cradle or cross cradle position I am not taking any galact just normal homemade meal and 4 almonds a day I am feeding her in sidelying since from her 3rd month is it ok to continue the same

A. just keep the head with elevated and always burpt your baby properly post you feed her and also keep yourself well hydrated and feed at regular intervals of 2 to 3 hours and on demand
