Hi doc, 🥲 me n my baby fell down accidentally my baby head got swollen 🥲 please tell me there will be no problem to my baby ????

A. depends on the injury baby sustained that is why observe the baby at least for one day if baby is having any vomitings are any other changed behaviour crying continuously
