hi Doc, is there any remedy for less secretion of breast milk, am taking galact , but I dnt think my breast milk got increased.. can u please help me

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, make a timetable so that you can have different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in the diet. With this take adequate liquid like fresh fruit juice, buttermilk, coconut water, soups. Have a healthy diet and take adequate rest which is very important. Latch your baby directly which is one of the best method to improve your milk. Continue taking lactose granules.
