give only breastmilk till completion of Six month.
start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly and give sunbath every morning

better to avoid prefering water filled teether
as they can have lekage problem
instead of it ,I would suggest to use simple sillicone teether of Babyhug brand.
which is specially designed for baby's sensitive and delicate gums
