hi doc I'm 32yrs N i have four kids N my weight is 50 kg please suggest me what medicine should i take for low pressure?

If you have low pressure, then there is no medication for that. you need to make sure your haemoglobin levels are normal. if not start with iron supplements like dexorange or orofer.
You can have salted lemon water. , Buttermilk, soup every few hours to maintain blood pressure
