Hi doc can I give Psyllium husk powder to my toddler to treat constipation??

A. Hello..yes you can give but I would suggest you that you increase fibre content diet and do toilet training than baby won’t have constipation...you give one salad daily.one bowl of sprouts in any form.plenty of oral fluids,less milk.give only 200ml milk daily

A. it is not recommended that you should give it to the baby because your baby my trip talk instead it will be good that you give fibre rich food to the baby and lukewarm water with one tablespoon of honey early in the morning to the paper
