#asktheexpert can I take Isabgol (Psyllium husk) with warm water for constipation? My baby is 2 month old and I'm exclusively breastfeeding. I have worst constipation since my baby is born. Please suggest any other home remedies.

RenukaMom of a 4 yr old child4 years agoA. Drink warm water daily, have milk with ghee at night time. Increase your water and fibrous food intake. Have sits bath in warm water if required after passing stools, so as to ease your pain

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake. Good luck and take care.
