Q.
hi doc baby is 2 months old and she is having BM but she intake only for 5 min and again after sometimes she demands for milk ...her weight gain is not up-to mark birth weight was 2.65 and now she is 3... also my BM is so watery do I need to remove foremilk and feed baby to gain weight as she doesn't poop for 5 days... urine output is good... doctors plz suggest!

Breastfeeding is the best source of immunity boost to the baby and is recommended exclusively by doctors for 1st 6 months of age . Doctor advises formula milk you should not give . Exclusive breastfeeding reduces the chances of colic pain and also gas issues.
