hi did anyone buy hanging rod for your kids ? does it help in height gain ? if so, which brand is good and how u used it ... door or aisle

Siri lot of people use it and it is helpful for overall growth of the child including height and as well as strength in the body it’s not only about it’s about maintaining a proper strength into the body for that it is going to be very good net is going to be better to hang it onto a roof with a chain that’s going to be beneficial
