hi dear docter/parent could u pls help me out of my doubts my breast milk was completely stoped from last one month I'm giving cow milk but some time she had cold so can I continue with cow milk r should I change to formula if cow milk ok means how much cow milk should I give to my 13 month baby

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. can continue same cow milk. try home remedies for kids over 1 year: give a diluted tulsi, ginger, and honey mix often, offer turmeric with warm milk 1-2 times daily, provide warm water, and use nasal saline drops frequently. keep them warm and avoid temperature changes.
