NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help along with fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki hand fenugreek and in the case the breast milk is still not sufficient you can alternatively be giving your child infant formula milk using a BPa free bottle like babyhug which would be better and also safe for the baby
