hi, concern regarding my 2.7 yrs old baby girl. she has started talking a little late like after 2yrs.she speaks a lot but whatever she speaks we dont understand. she is very active yet she speaks in very low voice that is hard to recognise and not the languages she is familier with. we often try to communicate with her but she doesnot respond. is there any problem with my daughter. if yes whom should I consult?
