Hi , can u help with the averge weight of 1yr 11 month old child. I'm worried about my daughter weight as she weigh around 9-10

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist2 years agoA. thTs a normal weight Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products.
give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

no need to worry
please continue with homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
