A. DIET : - it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD. Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive. Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child. the quantity would would be around half a Katori 4 times per day from cereals pulses vegetable and half a Katori two times per day from fruits and breastfeeding six or seven times per day

A. U Should give porridge khichadi vegetable purée fruits egg also you can give a disease if you want to the yellow part but mostly I would have introduced it after the age of 10 months other than that you can give Suji items Idly Dosa and any other thing that you would like to make and you think it would be easy for your child to digest try to give it at least three times in a day and milk at least 3 to 4 times in a day
