U Should give porridge khichadi vegetable purée fruits egg also you can give a disease if you want to the yellow part but mostly I would have introduced it after the age of 10 months other than that you can give Suji items Idly Dosa and any other thing that you would like to make and you think it would be easy for your child to digest try to give it at least three times in a day and milk at least 3 to 4 times in a day
