Hi , can I use prenatal tablets post delivery.i gave Vaginal birth in USA.Please let me know If I can use prenatal tablets containing Folic Acid,Iron,Calcium in one tablet per day.Also I am not feeding my baby

Acid is not required but calcium iron and multivitamin that you should have for at least six months see very honestly I will tell you you are in another country so please follow the protocols as suggested by the doctors over there but these supplements as per India deliveries are important to be taken for six months
