hi can i put milk in tharmas bottle? sometimes we have to travel for 10 to 12 hrs So what we do?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum you can put milk in the thermos bottle however it will not stay good beyond 5 to 6 hours you can take powdered milk which can be reconstituted or curd or tetra pack of buttermilk can be used
