Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 1 m old girl5 years agoA. pyou want to say that baby is 3 years old and having stomach pain loose motion and a lot of other issues in the stomach so this can be a sign of stomach upset better to get your baby valuated by doctor

Gastroenteritis, often called the "stomach flu," usually is caused by common viruses that we come into contact with every day. Besides causing vomiting, it also can cause nausea, belly pain, and diarrhea.
