Hi can I give my 18months old baby boy curd rice daily?since a month he is eating curd rice daily in the afternoon so worried if at all it will cause any cold or any infection ...morning feeding him bf like idly dosa chapati vermicelli...night little rice with curry and any fruit anytime in day ...he is very lean can u plz tell what all more can I give him ...thank you

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. curd butter milk yoghurt are rich sources of natural probiotics and they are not going to cause infection but you should make sure that you are giving freshly home prepared and they are not refrigerated cold but at normal room temperature
