Q.

Hi... can I give Laddu made of Urad Dal and Jaggery to 9 month old... he loves sweet taste... so I give him Jaggery regularly... is that OK? or should I stop?

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to avoid sugar and salt at this ge of baby. and also better to give baby urad laddo aftr the age of one year too and in limited amount. take care
