Tes Sure that is what we’re here for to help you in every way that we go and I would like to say after the age of 9 to 10 months you can introduce non-veg in terms of egg yellow fish and chicken and as of now you can give the same kind of food that you were giving previously Suji Kheer Upma Halwa porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato and also you can give Suji items like Idli Dosa and other things that you can prepare out of it and you can give quinoa oats ragi all these things are healthy you just have to prepare different recipes out of it
