hi c section delivery I was told that if a mix of bread feeding and bottle feeding,i should not at all use side sleeping position for breastfeeding at night Times it will lead ear infection is it true please help me.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, it's true. its not bad since it is the most common position. But you should know that the problem in this position is that milk may enter the nose, eyes, ears of the baby and it may lead to complications. So to avoid these issues you just have to be aware best is to place the baby on your laps and then feed. It's stressful but pay attention when you are feeding your baby.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Nothing as such. But, your back will get affected while breastfeeding in sleeping position. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
