Q.

hi..breast milk is of two types , foremilk and hindmilk. when my child starts sucking, after 10/15 minutes he falls asleep, which means he is getting only the foremilk which is very watery and is deprived of the thick milk i.e. hindmilk which comes out after 10/15 minutes of sucking. is just having foremilk enough for my baby's needs?

A. good morning it is definitely better if the child is able to get h8nd milk I would recommend you to try to tab gently on the feet of the child wake your baby up so that he can feed properly
