my son is 1 year old(15 months old)
his weight is 9kg
when he begins to walk he fell down 2times whenever he fell down he taking vomit especially (back head) side he fell down means suddenly taking one time vomit after awhile he came normal
one day this happen same I went to hospital I took scan for brain everything normal doctor said..
today he was playing and eating that time spell the food and slippery & fell down....
again he took vomit after while he became Normal and playing too,now sleeping.. but I am feel very disappointed and worried .. reason for vomit
can anyone please give idea about this issue or anyone come across those situation...
no swelling
after fell down I feed some food no vomit
he drank water too
please help me
once he fell down in back side head getting vomit
not everytime vomit... sometimes backhead side he fell down means sudden vomit

Hello ma’am It may be just a casual thing with your child and whenever your child system shakes your child vomits so it is fine there is nothing to be worried about if you’ve got all the test and everything done even it is normal then don’t worry about it and maybe it is just some phase  of time it is going to pass through just monitor your child well till the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years if it still continues after that also then that would be a question of concern but as of now I feel it is perfectly normal

my baby weight is 6.5, she is one year old and her hemoglobin is less and platetes rate shows little bit high. any problem from this if platetes count is high..

she is also not walking still and not able to stand properly.please advice
