Hi any tips or advice on how to wean off co sleeping? My daughter gets up as soon as I leave her in the bed and gets upset about it #asktheexpert

That is very normal basically your child is still on breastfeed probably shifted to bottle feeding so that your child can hold a bottle and can sleep when the child is in deep sleep you can take a bottle of that’s the only way initially and then later you should give milk or water before you put your child to sleep in order to do the shift to quit on breastfeeding
