hi ...any mom faced problem of sudden drop in breastmilk..and again supply become good....baby is three month old...sudden dip in milk supply ..can i start formula..or can i wait for 2 to 3 days....any tips to increase milk production

Akshaya SathishMom of a 1 yr 8 m old girl1 Year agoA. pls garlic with milk it naturally increases breastfeeding milk. you can have mother's horlicks also...had fish and mutton chops theses helps to increase breastfeeding milk productions.
