hi am vinothini i give my baby birth on 18th October I want to weight loss on my self please me your suggestion

A. normal delivery you can start doing exercises after cesarean section weight for another four months Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. you can start with exercise at 4-6months of delivery as you feel healed up.. start with brisk walking.. yoga.. low intense exercise at first.. take care of diet.. keep your self well hydrated..
