If Your gynaecologist has given it to you then I’m sure the doctor would have a better idea about what she is giving to you over the sister-in-law also would like to say that you know every pregnancy is different so maybe you need it which is why the doctor we have given you and proteins are anyway is very healthy part of a diet when one is pregnant so it is just a supplement you can definitely go with it
