hi am feeding with breast milk to my 2 months old baby ...now a days am feeling with softer breast even after 3 hours of feeding ..is the indication of milk descending??pls tel if it s how to improve as per now my baby is not crying

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and your breast feels softer than normal so don’t worry if he is putting his weight properly and sleeps as per his age ,to increase your breast milk eat enough nutritious food items and take plenty of water
