hi, am a feeding mother my milk is reducing day by day even am using tablets, nd eating milk producing fruits , veggies, etc..,, but no use!! is there any other solution for thiz...??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. for getting proper lactation it is the self confidence of the mother is important do not lose this take a liquid diet feed the baby will get the milk all the best to you

yes mam
breastfeeding works on demand and supply mechanism.
so best to offer plenty of feeds to your child.
you can also use breastpump .
take fennel seeds water, jeera water or drumsticks soup for this.
or you can also take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice a day.
massage your breasts with coconut oil as it also has in this.
