Hi am 4 weeks pregnant My legs are paining alottttt from thighs Lower back pain is also there Is it normal????

A. no. rest full. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. Hi mommy Yes it’s all normal and common in Pregnancy Stay hydrated healthy Take well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements iron supplements Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
