Hi am 34 weeks pregnant, since the last 3 to 4 days i am feeling heightened level of irrational fear like getting stuck in the lift or being confined in a closed room and claustrophobic as well. This is very strange.

A. Sometimes claustrophobia is very common to be experienced with lot of Women it’s not an issue it is just the fear of your mind if you start meditating and diverting your mind to other things it will help and also sometimes due to fear of having a normal delivery pain and life after that can also lead to different kind of things talk to your doctor in more of problems if you’re facing
