Hi, almost 2 months ago my weight was 77kgs. For these two months I followed a proper diet and one hour of postnatal workouts 5 times per week. Those workouts are instructed by my gynecologist. Now I lost 5kgs and some inches. But my postpartum tummy is not reducing. please let me know how to reduce the postpartum tummy?

A. please wait continue the exercises. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help
