Q.

Hi, Am doing Surya namaskar for 5mins and walking 10k steps a day daily. I'm 73 kg with a height of 157cm. Am I able to lost my weight with these workouts in a month? Please let me know some diet plan also. Thank you in advance.

A. hi yes diet nad exercise both are important if this is better then you can also increase the intensity in diet take good protiens ,variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

A. Hello dear parent, of course you will be able to lose weight. It totally depends on your hereditary and your tendency to lose weight. Also get a proper diet chart by the dietician. As she will prepare keeping everything in kind about your health.
