Hi all. please tel a solution for it. my baby 5 month old she is getting reddish small dot shaped in legs hands in 5 places day by day it increase and later turns black.I attached photo with this.

A. after every feed I am cleaning baby lips but also it in black color. how to maintain natural lip color pls give a solution.
