Q.

Hi all my sugar level is big high. I am in my 6th week of pregnancy. What all foods should I avoid to get sugar in control.

A. Namaste Mam, Have small meals , you could prefer to opt for whole wheat , and grains , dals , legumes such as lobia , chana , rajma etc millets are quite benefical so opt for ragi, jowar , bajra , fruits ,such as cirtus , papaya , muskmelon, apples , pears more of green leafy vegetables ,ladies finger, pumpkins , all the gourd vegetables , beans etc egg white , can be taken , limit intake of sugary , refined and processed or packaged foods
