Q.

Hi all, my son is having tonguetie and he is 19 months old. Till now he didn't had any problems in latching and feeding and even his speech is clear. is it necessary to release the tonguetie ? if it's not necessary then his tongue will never come out of this mouth, will this cause problem in future?
