Q.
hi all, my son has 2yrs 10months. while breath in breath out he is getting some sound. It looks little difficult to breath in and out. he don't have any cold as well and it looks his nose blocked but past 1yr same happening for him. may I know what is the remedy for him. we tried to give donkey milk as well few times.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold .
here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever .
it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely.
dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer.
allergy can be environmental (temperadture variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also.
body caxnnot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.
