Q.

hi all my second baby is 1 years 17 days old ..so I stopped feeding him its been 4 days n my breasts are so painful n heavy so pls tell me some remedy to dry up fast ..I took injection n tab too

A. Hi parent You may use the breast pump to express the excess milk you may need hot water Massage over the breasts . take help from other person so that your breast milk can be expressed using the breast pump
