Hi All, My kid is 4months 19days, I breast fed him until today. I feel breast milk is not much satisfying. Hence shall I start feeding him semi liquid foods? Please suggest. My doctor is so strict and not advising for formula or other

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in a day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated. And you must drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits , as that will help in increasing breast milk supply. Add jeera in your diet.
