Hi all, my daughter is 3yrs old, her weight is 10kg.D She got 101 fever... what syrup can I give her calpol/meftal and ml pls?

A. hello parent if the baby is having fever review paracetamol drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid with water sponge and maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output if the problem persists finally consult your doctor
