Hi all my boy is not eating the vegetables.. what tricks should I do so he I’ll eat plz suggest

First of all it’s very important that you make your child understand the importance of vegetable trick and all is a separate thing because every time when the child is going to go to school or outside for dinner the tricks are not going to work so be practical at that point you can look for different recipes and options like you can make a vegetable Paratha you can make Frankie you can make a roll you can make different items but that’s not practical on an every day basis and when your child will be more used to it will be more difficult for you to teach a child to eat proper fruits and vegetables as they are meant to be
