Hi All, My Baby is pooping is cement colour almost 20 days.Actullay they are twins. both doing like this yellow+ cement colour poop. both are active and taking dexolac special care milk + breast feeding given. What is the reason for this yellow +cement colour poop. they are 3months old.

Get your kids examined by your child’s doctor and seek further advice. Continue feeding your babies well on demand. Good luck and take care.
