Hi all....My baby 5 months old last month we had vaccination done for her in the 4th month but now she had soft swelling if we press on that she will be crying.....she doesn't have any lump but swelling is more am really afraid of this.....can anyone suggest me anything regarding this please... thank u in advance......

A. if the baby is 5 months old and the baby is having some swelling after the vaccination after many days also just consult your doctor wants to rule out any other thing like some infection
