hi all my 3 and half year kid suddenly got many bump on the buttock.some are red and some are white ..it was itchy at night then I noticed...but in the morning there was a white bump on his lips, corners of underarms, elbow and back of knees and also in palm.. it is not itchy for now but what's is this ...I m very worried is it chicken pox or something else? please give me some advise .
