Hi all Can someone help me with my query my skin specialist Suggested to take omega cap daily . So what time is better to take the capsule daily.

A. It’s best to take it in the night before you go to sleep and that’s actually a very good time so you can go ahead with it this way and in case of any doubt or confusion you can crosscheck with your doctor before you start taking it
