hi.. after my baby birth I am not able to loose my weight.. please guide me

A. Dear mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid foods which are processed, packaged and junk. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Seasonal fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
