Hi! After delivery I am feeling weak. What kind of food can I have on a daily basis to bring back my health. Thank you.

A. Hello Include protein rich foods like milk, egg, paneer, fish, pulses curd Include vegetables, fruits and nuts for the required vitamins& minerals for good health Avoid fried foods bakery foods sugary foods

A. Have Iron calcium and multivitamin supplement for six months to 1 year after delivery if you are still feeling weak even after taking supplements and eating well then you consult a nutritionist she will be able to advise you correctly on this
