Namaste Mom, The weight is way to high for the age, please kindly look in to the dietary intake of the child , avoid outside foods, sugary and processed ones as such, You may also get the child involved in some form of physical activity such as sports etc - swimming, cycling , sports etc . get her thyroid test done
