Hey mothers My baby is 1+ She isnt gaining weight wht could be the reasons pls quote

A. Hello mom by the age of one year the child will almost triple their birth weight and then on yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kg . Now you can introduce the toddler to animal milk preferably cows milk, dry fruits and nuts , whole eggs and non veg if preferred, dals and legumes etc would be helpful

A. Toddlers are mostly very active and their main focus is to explore around. To help him/her gain weight, include fatty and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 60p to 650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Mix nutritious foods so that even if intake is less, calorie intake is more.
