Now you can introduce the toddler to animal milk preferably cows milk, dry fruits and nuts , whole eggs and non veg if preferred, dals and legumes etc would be helpful

To help him/her gain weight, include fatty and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 60p to 650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Mix nutritious foods so that even if intake is less, calorie intake is more.
